Kardio Class

Applying Pilates Movement Principles and human biomechanics, 1618Pilates Kardio Class will pump your heartbeat at the right pulse. Utilizing balance tools, TRX Suspension System, Blocks, Ladder, Weights and resistances, the degree of difficulties will vary depend on the clients needs and assessment.
This class, conducted 30 minutes outdoor and 30 minutes indoor, enjoy the morning sun with exercises.
Please bring your running outdoor shoes for this class.
